American Ninja Warrior airs on G4 Sunday at 9pm est. time. New episodes begin Sunday July 31.
This is the American version of the original show called Ninja Warrior. This is a game show where you have to complete a grueling course. This year there is a prize of $500,000. According to the website only 3 out of 2,600 complete the course. The challenges are built for you to fail. Contestants climb, balance, swing, run, jump and try all sorts of crazy moves to complete the course. Being in perfect physical help is not enough. Very few make it past the first round. They end up busting their ass and falling into dirty water. Watching this show makes my heart race. It’s a constant roller coaster ride of emotions.
